  • 🌞 Full Day = over 6 hours

Set-up & safety

  • Please allow ~15 minutes either side of delivery & pickup for set-up and pack-down.
  • All castles are cleaned and inspected between hires; stock is rotated regularly.
  • Flat, clear area required (grass or smooth hard surface).

It’s a great choice for kids aged 1–12, with plenty of bounce space and easy supervision.

Will it fit in my yard?

Yes — it’s designed to fit typical backyards and smaller venues. A flat, clear area is required.

Is it covered for weather?

It includes a roof for shade and light-rain protection. In heavy rain or high winds, we may postpone for safety.

Do you deliver to surrounding suburbs?

Yes — we deliver across the Gold Coast, Tweed Heads and nearby areas.

🕑 Hire Duration:

  • Half-day (up to 6 hours) or full-day (over 6 hours). Set-up and pack-up included. A small delivery fee applies based on postcode.

👶 Age Range:

  • Suitable for children up to 13 years old.

🔌 Power Requirements:

  • Power must be available within 70 meters; otherwise, a generator will be necessary.

💳 Payment Options:

  • Payment on delivery via cash or card.

  • Bank transfer payments are also available but must be completed at least 3 days prior to delivery.

  • Advance payments and installment plans are also available.

  • No bond required.

🌦️ Poor Weather Policy:

  • This Jumping Castle can safely operate in light to moderate showers.

  • If you feel the weather conditions are unsuitable, you may cancel without incurring any cancellation fees.
