Q. Can The Jumping Castle be set up on a slope?
Yes we can, unless the slope is extreme this will not effect the jumping castle
Q. Do I need a generator?
All of our jumping castles for hire come with a blower (this is what inflates the Jumping Castle). The blower requires power at all times to be inflated. Standard household power (the same you use at home) is all we need. If you are having your party or event at a park where you will not have access to power then you will require a generator which we can hire for an extra $80.
Q. How big are the jumping castles?
Our jumping castles range from 3x3m in size and can be as big as 7x7m.
We recommend that you have at least 0.5 meters of space around the castle. For a 3x3m jumping castle, we would need at least 3.5 x 3.5m. Each of our jumping castles states their sizing and room required on the product page.
Q. How much does it cost to hire a Jumping Castle in the Brisbane or Gold Coast region?
Prices start from $109 and vary depending on the size and type of jumping castle. Our range of jumping castles allows hiring options for all age groups, budgets, and event sizes. All our prices include delivery, set-up, pack-down and removal of the jumping castles within the free delivery area. – Can we insert a link here?
Q. What is the age you need to be to go on the jumping castles?
Our smaller jumping castles are suitable for children 6 years old and younger, our medium castles are recommended for 12 years old and younger and we also have jumping castles for teenagers and adults.
Q. What is the weight limit when using the jumping castles?
Small jumping castles are suitable for up to 8 children at one time, medium jumping castles are suitable for up to 12 children at a time. These limits are to suit the average weight of each age group. You can always contact us if you require further information around this.
Q. What is the height of the jumping castles?
Small jumping castles are 3.2m tall. Our 4x4m jumping castles and slide castles are 4.3m tall and our bigger jumping castles are 5m tall. Each jumping castle product page states the individual height and room required.
Q. What is the latest time you collect the jumping castles?
We require that the jumping castles are picked up by 8 pm. However, there are options to have the jumping castles overnight or to have a castle picked up later. Please discuss your needs with us if required.
Q. Do you have insurance? (Can I get a copy?)
Blast Entertainment is fully insured, a copy of our insurance policy is available on request.
Q. Do I get a receipt?
A tax invoice will be emailed or texted to you once payment has been made.
Q. What happens if we cancel our hire?
You can cancel your jumping castle hire 7 days prior to delivery. After this time there is a $50 cancellation fee. On the day cancellations will be charged the full hire amount unless due to weather. Blast Entertainment has no cancellation fees for heavy rain or wind.
Q. How do I make payment?
You can make payment by cash or credit card on delivery or you can pay over the phone, online or by bank transfer prior to your hire. Payment must be made before the jumping castle is set up.
Q. Can the jumping castle be set up on concrete?
Absolutely! We use sandbags to secure the jumping castle and place the mats in front of the castle for safety.
Q. Can the jumping castle go in a park?
Yes! We do not charge any extra to set up in a park, however, you may need to get permission from the park or centre to have a jumping castle at your event. If there is no power supply you will need to rent or provide a generator.
DELIVERY POLICY
The cost of delivering to a particular area will be calculated when booking if your address is outside our free delivery area.
If your address is outside our free delivery area, please give us a call and we will see what we can do.
If we are unable to provide your delivery due to bad weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity and provide a full refund.
Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.
Please ensure that there is adequate space for our jumping castles, the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space, accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
