Set-up & Safety
  • Please allow 15 minutes either side of your scheduled delivery & pickup times for set-up.
  • All castles are cleaned and inspected between hires.
  • Stock is rotated regularly to ensure every inflatable arrives in top condition.

  • 🌞 Full Day = over 6 hours

🕑 Hire Duration:

  • Half-day (up to 6 hours) or full-day (over 6 hours). Set-up and pack-up included. A small delivery fee applies based on postcode.

👶 Age Range:

  • Suitable for children up to 13 years old.

🔌 Power Requirements:

  • Power must be available within 70 meters; otherwise, a generator will be necessary.

💳 Payment Options:

  • Payment on delivery via cash or card.

  • Bank transfer payments are also available but must be completed at least 3 days prior to delivery.

  • Advance payments and installment plans are also available.

  • No bond required.

🌦️ Poor Weather Policy:

  • This Jumping Castle can safely operate in light to moderate showers.

  • If you feel the weather conditions are unsuitable, you may cancel without incurring any cancellation fees.
