Our Party Supervisor Hire service provides friendly, trained staff to oversee your jumping castles, popcorn machines, fairy floss machines and more. Ideal for large parties, school fetes, childcare centres and community events across the Gold Coast and Tweed.

Supervision Ratios

1 supervisor per jumping castle.
1 supervisor per food machine (popcorn, fairy floss, snow cones, slushies, etc.).

⚠️ Supervisor hire must be booked via phone or email. Not available through online booking as we need to confirm details about your event.

How much does supervisor hire cost?

Supervisors are $45 per hour, per staff member, with a minimum hire of 3 hours.

How many supervisors do I need?

We recommend 1 supervisor per jumping castle and 1 supervisor per food machine to ensure safe and smooth operation, especially at busy events.

Can I book a supervisor online?

Supervisor hire is not available through our website. Please contact us via phone or email so we can ask a few quick questions about your event and recommend the right number of staff.
