🕑 Half Day = up to 6 hours
🌞 Full Day = over 6 hours
🌙 Overnight = pickup next morning

Set-up & Safety

Please allow 15 minutes either side of delivery & pickup for proper set-up and pack-down.
All castles are cleaned and inspected between hires.
Stock is rotated regularly to ensure great condition.

⚠️ Minimum hire spend of $150 (excl. delivery) applies to all bookings.

Power must be available within 70 meters; otherwise, a generator will be necessary.

Payment on delivery via cash or card.
Bank transfer payments are also available but must be completed at least 3 days prior to delivery.

🌦️ Poor Weather Policy:

This Jumping Castle can safely operate in light to moderate showers.
If you feel the weather conditions are unsuitable, you may cancel without incurring any cancellation fees.
